Before the Order is Shipped

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

Orders cancelled within this window will be eligible for a full refund.
After the Order is Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

However, you may still request a return after receiving the product, as per our Return Policy.
Cancellation by ANVI
We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

The item is out of stock or discontinued.

Payment is not successfully processed.

The shipping address is incorrect or unreachable. (Shipping costs will be deducted from the amount paid and the refund will be processed accordingly)

The order fails verification checks or appears fraudulent.

If ANVI cancels your order:
