Order Cancellation by Customer

Before the Order is Shipped

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

  • To cancel, email us at shop.anvicurations@gmail.com  with your order number and reason for cancellation.

  • Orders cancelled within this window will be eligible for a full refund.

After the Order is Shipped

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • However, you may still request a return after receiving the product, as per our Return Policy.

Cancellation by ANVI

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • The item is out of stock or discontinued.

  • Payment is not successfully processed.

  • The shipping address is incorrect or unreachable. (Shipping costs will be deducted from the amount paid and the refund will be processed accordingly)

  • The order fails verification checks or appears fraudulent.

  • Technical or pricing errors on the website.

If ANVI cancels your order:

  • You will be notified via email.

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method, as applicable.

Refund Timelines for Cancelled Orders

  • Refunds for approved cancellations are processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
