We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

For all returns, a clear video of unpacking of the items / parcel must be shared.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and make it right. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.


Exchanges

The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can purchase the replacement item separately.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days from the date of the refund approval. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
